It's always good to have a pudding option at a restaurant so a thumbs up
for that. It was quite a rich pud. The raspberry was sharp and a good contrast to the gin flavoured 'cheese' part. I, unfortunately didn't really like that part too much, personal preference. A nice pudding if you like gin.
