Where do you get your #protein? Do you get enough? As a plant based #sport
addict, I have been asked these questions since #forever (even from people that know very little about #nutrition). Of course the answer is yes! I only supplement in order to help in the #muscle building process and this #product is perfect for the purpose! With a mix of rice, hemp and pea protein, it offers 76 gr of protein every 100gr. The taste is neutral so it has to be mixed in smoothies/ #veganshakes or #soyyogurt (to boost the protein intake even more). Easy to digest, my only concern is the price: almost 11€ per 250gr
