almond milk so this post 4 hour workout shake has 2 cups almond milk, 3 frozen bananas, 4 medjool dates and 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder and it was magnificent! 👌

it's disappointing to see this warning on the package: "consuming this product can expose you to cadmium which is known to the state of California to cause cancer or other reproductive harm." hopefully eating a tbsp a week won't be so bad? #SulfurSaturday
