These have been my go-to for breakfast during my gluten-free elimination diet. I love to

add some fresh fruit and a bunch of superfood powders to kick-start my day. The serving is 1/2 cup but I only need 1/4 cups to get filled up, so this bag is going to last forever. It’s also amazing for baking oatmeal banana bread!

After sending my boyfriend to the store to get us stocked back up on oats,

and he came home with a $7+ bag, my jaw dropped (Trader Joe’s has the same amount of oats for $2-ish). But they’re good quality and by a good company, I’ll give them that. There’s no abundance of oat dust. And it’s the whole grain (including “all of the nutritious bran, germ and endosperm”). Would probably buy again (maybe just at a different store or on sale), because there’s no questioning the quality. And a bag of this sure is better than sugar-packed instant oats any day. #veganisnotscary

These are my go to oats for my daily morning smoothie. I grind up

a 1/2 cup and blend them in for a great whole grain addition. They are tasty as oatmeal as well.
