Made garlic noodles by plantbaseddads with some liquid aminos and yum! Didn’t feel like waiting

for zucchini or asparagus to sauté so steamed some frozen corn and green beans. I love braggs liquid aminos, always adds great flavor for less sodium.

Very good seasoning to use similar to how one might use soy sauce or tamari.

Excellent flavoring in soups, rices, etc.

I got this as an alternative to extremely salty soy sauce. It works in cooking

just fine it has a slightly sweeter taste but I don’t really notice the difference.
