I've gotta say, I'm a bit disappointed with this one compared to other products from

this brand - it sounds good in concept, but the taste is just really uninteresting and dry. Passable for cooking, but only if you really chop it down in small pieces and have it mixed in to veggies and sauce.

#groingroin

these burgers use soybeans grown in France. I don’t think it ever occurred to me

that french-grown soy is primarily for human consumption: just how great would it be if France replaced all their dairy farms with soy and other beans?
Anyways, this is well-flavoured and seasoned. Makes for a nice quick meal. It’s a bit crumbly, but not complaining at all. It’s affordable too.
I don’t think Céréal Bio is a fully vegan brand, some products have dairy, maybe eggs, but they do have a wide range of vegan-friendly products, usually labelled clearly and readily available. Their website has info on their commitments around sustainability, environment social responsibility and fair trade. so I hope they will honour those commitments and just go the full vegan.
