Fantastic taste and texture - perhaps one of the best burgers I've had so far
in France, though the choice is admittedly somewhat limited. Great for cooking; cut up 3 or 4 burgers in smaller pieces and add to bolognaise or shepherd's pie (or just about anything). Even better if you mix and match these with others from the same brand (I'd personally recommend the Mushroom and Aubergine ones).
