for cooking, but will continue to use olive oil for dressings. I didn’t realize that heating olive oil was bad…whoops. Avocado oil can be cooked at a high heat. 🔥 I trust this brand and this oil is great!

I prefer to use avocado oil over any other oil while cooking because of it's

very high smoking point (500°F). I highly getting this if it's available at your local grocery store.
