As a side dish to sausages in puff pastry, I made an #Easter pasta salad.

The #pasta is in the shape of Easter motives, and it is colorful due to the addition of tomatoes, beets and spinach. I added plain tofu (marinated overnight), boiled broccoli, chickpeas, red onion and black olives to the salad. I used sweet and sour chili sauce as a dressing.
Delicious!

Lo subo un poco tarde pero bueno, para el año que viene.
Son de tomate,

espinaca y remolacha y he de decir que las blancas y las verdes me encantan peeeeero las rojas no, saben mucho a remolacha y no soy fan.

A very fun shaped pasta! I did not notice whether the different colours have different

flavours, but it's good.
