Am really surprised by these Daiya Spicy Monterey Jack Style Shreds!! Wasn’t expecting much as

I haven’t had much luck with mexican shreds but these actually deliver fantastic taste, following through with that same spicy cheeze flavor that any mont jack fan would enjoy! They melt well too! 🌶🧀

use it in bean and rice burritos.

of the very best, with the fine shreds, great flavor, decent texture and meltability. I used this in an enchilada casserole, a tofu/chickpea omelette, and sprinkled onto things here and there.
