Amazingly close to the real thing, although I haven’t had it in a loooong time.
I found it difficult to rate this because it was so close to the real thing it reminded me that I don’t like brie! It even gave me that strange little fuzzy taste in my mouth. Gorgeous presentation as well. Not for me but I highly recommend it if you miss the taste of Brie!
