I was expecting the dried fruit bar tang that many other vegan snacks tend to
have, but I was really pleasantly surprised by this one! Nice and chewy, with a lovely texture from the quinoa.

of apricot I think can be a bit bland

Unfortunately not palm oil free, but
it claims it is responsibly sourced
