Meat Free Traditional Sausages

These are really delicious 😁 I love having them in pastas, or even just in

a roll with some mustard and tomato sauce. So delicious and can be prepared in the microwave in minutes!

Use on the open fire. Cut up in pasta. Or just eat as a snack.

Braai them in a pan with some oil of preference, only takes 8minutes. Serve with

some sauce of choice.
