I am a huge fan of Gardein products and I was super excited to try

this Chick'n & Rice Soup. It consisted of tender chunks of chick’n, white rice, wild rice, carrots, and celery. Now this was comfort food for me. I love keeping canned soups on hand, especially for easy last minute lunches and dinners. 💚

The smell and the flavor of this canned #vegan #soup is so so good! Perfect

on those lazy, cold, cozy, wanting some comfort without all the fuss of cooking, fall or winter afternoons. Also perfect for sick days! Just one can of soup has a whopping 13g of #plantprotein! 💪🏻 I just wish the chick’n pieces were made into smaller chunks.

This soup is fairly bland. It needs some additional seasonings for more flavor. The texture

of the Chik’n is ok, but also lacking flavor. If you want a pantry staple that’s quick and easy it’s not a bad option. Just plan to add some of your own seasonings. And a few saltines in the bowl help too. #abillionturns3 #gardein #soup #plantchicken #rice
