I have been using this product for over 3 years and it’s my favorite B12
supplement. It is easy to use because it is a spray. It tastes like cherry (so it’s awesome) it is not expensive. I live in Guatemala so I but it in Amazon. You can get it in their store online also! Each spray is 500mc which is more that the daily recommendation so if you take it even 2 days it’s enough.
