This tastes 'healthy'😅 n a little sweet at the same time. That being said this

is super cheap. And it fills you up for a long time.
It has a after taste, I don't know if it's oats or something else. Maybe i had the aftertaste because i didn't empty the whole packet as said in directions.
The reason why i bought it, was because it can be used as a meal replacement but I've been consistently cooking after buying this😅 I was just too curious to taste this! So i just did 2 tablespoons in some water. I didn't snack for that whole night🎉
Ps. I'm not the best person to review a protein powder😅 before this i just bought 1 other protein powder because it was chocolate flavoured 🤪

It is amazing. Will definitely buy it again.
I would rate 10/10 .

Goodmylk debuted a plant-based protein blend called 'Thunder' meant for fitness and workouts, so I

just had to try it out.

The protein powder is a healthy blend of soy protein, oats, finger millet (ragi), sunflower seeds, melon seeds, & pumpkin seeds (Pic 2). So, along with a good amount of protein (21g, claimed), you are also guaranteed a good amount of dietary fibre.

It is also quite simple to make a protein shake. Just rip open the pull tab, add the contents of it into a shaker, and add water or no sugar mylk in my case and shake the bottle to mix it up well. (Pic 3)
The result is showcased in Pic 4.
(Apologies for the bad pic quality 😅)

Moving on to the product itself, it had a good mix of different flavours and it certainly changed my notion of protein shakes having a bad taste or being bland.

I tried it out before attempting an intense 60 min HIIT workout and I felt like I could've gone for another 20 mins or so. (Subjective to people's fitness levels as well)

Overall, it is a nice addition and is worth trying out!

I have no idea how to review thunder, but it was filling, and tastes alright

to me. A few chunks of steamed bananas and some cardamom (or other spices) and mylk help a lot. I don't usually find protein powdery things off-putting though. Nor do I use them (other than for the 💰). Slightly disappointed I wasn't able to bench-press the sofa.

Got this product from their website. You can add it in your smoothies to make

it healthier. The nutritive value is present on the back of the packet, which I didn’t click a picture of :p
