It one of the new Greenforce products, and a very original and interesting one. It's

based on pea protein and you just mix it with water and pan fry it for a couple of minutes to get crunchy and delicious "bacon" bits to use as toppings on pretty much everything (or eat directly from the pan, as I did) ... Long shelf life, good value for money.

I liked these! I used them for make kapsalon (typically made with fries, lettuce, tomato,

meat and garlic sauce). They were nice, but I wouldn't say they taste like bacon. They were super easy and quick to prepare. #greenforce #baconbits
