These were a bit odd but I think I liked them (my toddler didn’t hate
them either, always a plus with kids and new foods 😂). The texture is really solid though and they struggled to brown in the frying pan and just flailed about in there, so even after cooking they still looked very pale and unappetising. Luckily they tasted nice enough. They weren’t over herbed, so I think they would go with most meals. Marked vegan #veganisnotscary

A great burger made with fava (aka broad) beans, tomato, basil, garlic & vegan mozzarella.

They're substantial burgers with a good texture & lovely herby crumb coating & make a nice change from the usual soy/meat style veggie burger. 🍔👌

These were amazing! You could really taste the basil and garlic which I loved and
went perfectly with a salad.
