Fried this in some olive oil with a bit of the lemon & herb basting
sauce from woolies. Absolutely divine! Put it in a pita bread with some lettuce, cucumber and tomato and vegan mayo.

Absolutely loved this pulled chickn! Amazing in a creamy asparagus, broccoli and pea pasta, or
to make your own chickn and mushroom pie.

Previously tried this brands pulled pork and wasn’t a fan of the rubbery texture of
it. The pulled chicken was the same so I added some jackfruit to it and made a homemade bbq sauce.
I love this. It is versatile in many dishes like a stew, curry, in a
toastie, on a baked potato and not strong in flavor which I like.
