This is a good one to have in the pantry for vegan sushi night. We
usually make miso soup on the side and this one is fast and easy. It comes in individual packets and you just add hot water.
Pretty good for a powdered miso soup! Made a really big bowl too! I've never
had spinach in miso either so it was different and really good!

This was okay. Had for a side with homemade sushi. The miso
paste was not dehydrated with the veggies so I was expecting a punchier taste. Not bad but not a repurchase.

It’s super easy to make, literally just add hot water. The packaging is minimalist. Good
shelf life, 3 servings.
