Ésto es comida instantánea nutricionalmente completa. Contiene cosas como frijoles deshidratados, arroz, granos varios. Se
hace muy rápido. Solo poner dentro de un bote cerrado que te viene con tu primer pedido junto con agua hirviendo y esperar 10 minutos.
Huel me parece mejor que comidas instantáneas nutricionalmente incompletas y poco balanceadas. Es decir, si no puedes cocinar, mejor echar mano de Huel que de otras cosas.
De sabor, mucho mejor que los polvos de la misma marca. A mí me gustó. Esta versión de mexica chilli me parece muy picante para el paladar europeo, eso sí. Pero tiene otras variedades que no pican que ya reseñaré.

This is one of huel’s new dehydrated soup mixes and it’s got great texture with
beans, quinoa and veggies and taste with spice and cocoa. Use 1scoop for smaller bowl, 2 for bigger, and just add hot water. Would be great for campers. #uplandspeak

This is one of my favorite products from this brand. This freeze-dried food is
really one of a kind in convenience and nutrition, and the flavor and texture of this chili are top notch. It's hearty and has a nice peppery spice to it, and is very filling thanks to the fiber content. The grain blend of rice and quinoa are vital to a healthy plant based diet. Some are adding additional spices to Huel, I think this flavor is amazing as is.
My one gripe with this is the added MCT oil. It seems unnecessary, especially if you want to eliminate most saturated fat from the diet. That said, I think it's fine to eat huel twice a day and pair it with fresh fruit, salads, or roasted broccoli.

Huel hot & savory meals are really good nutritionally speaking and darn easy to prepare.
This chili is just enough spicy. Cost is good per meal, mostly if you buy more than three packages.
The taste is good as well, I just had to find what is the right amount of water to mix (for me!). It is satisfying. I’m enjoying it!
