I've never been able to eat seaweed except as part of a meal so imagine

my joy when I find these, coated with wasabi, which I love - and they are great. The wasabi coating is subtle - just diluting the fishy taste to an acceptable level #greyton

Simple, traditional seaweed thins (“nori”), lightly flavoured with sea salt. A fine source of iodine

and vitamin B12. They can be shredded into pieces and used as a topping on various Japanese dishes, including soba and udon. #veganisnotscary
