"Magic" is right. Pani Puri is a street-style delicacy. It has several names and the

best is eaten from a shack/ cart on the street. In fact, "roadside Pani Puri" is a category in its own 🤪 semantics and all that.

The unhygienic, delectable sensory fireworks that Pani Puri produces on the tongue became forbidden thanks to Miss Rona 💅 and then some good chap came up with this!

It's a tiny box that has 4 packets containing the puris (the spherical hollow balls), Khajur (date) pani, Khatti Imli (sour gooseberry) pani, Pudina (Mint) pani. Pani is water :P All items are viable for vegans (but not gluten free).

After frying the puris (3rd image), they swell up with air and become puris in the 7th image 🤪
Then one fills them with a spicy potato, onion and tomato mixture and all the flavoured water - and there you have it :"D
It really isn't as cumbersome as it sounds. All the "steps" take 1-5 minutes. It's cute. Bless yourself by making these at home.

This is the best pani puri which i tried to make at home. Almost as

good😁 as the one that used to have from a chaat place which got shutdown during last year 😔 The outer covering is made from cardboard n each chutney powders n the puri are packed in plastic covers😐
I mixed all the powders😬it did taste good but i found it spicy. We also added raw onions n coriander leaves 🤯it made the pani puri taste sooo much better! Should've added some potatoes too. My cousin n I fried the puris together🤸‍♀️he dropped n flipped them n i took them out of the🔥oil. He is used to eating spicy foods so he said this wasn't spicy at all n wanted to add more chilli🙃
