This is my milk of choice. I like it because you can make what you
need and store it in the fridge for a week. Plus, the package is compostable, so no waste like the cartons at the store.

I love this powder. I can control the amount of water to make creamer. And of course, I love that it comes in compostable packaging.
and he was out of oat milk and coconut milk, and the Silk NextMilk had curdled in my morning cup of java. 😰 In complete desperation for a cup of coffee, I turned to the unopened package of Joi Oat Milk Powder in the cabinet. Only 2tbsp for 1 cup of water. Seems like a winning idea!
Well, not so much. I dirtied too many dishes to do this on the regular. A simple stir in a cup won’t dissolve this powder. The result is a watery beverage with chunks. So, I turned to the Magic Bullet to blend it all up. That worked, and the result was a frothy, but watery, oat milk beverage. Good enough for my coffee (it’ll do) but I wouldn’t use this for a bowl of cereal.
If you add it to smoothies and soups, it’d be okay. On it’s own, nah. I’ll pass.
