Lightly Salted Corn Cakes

I love corn cakes so MUCH. THEY ARE SO FILLING AND CRUNCHY <33 I topped

mine with peanut butter and banana, PB & J, yogurt and strawberries, and vegan cheese :))

I really like these, they take me back to my childhood and are so versatile

and easy to snack on. I ate mine dipped in houmous and salsa, highly recommend if you're gluten free or just enjoy crunchy snacks 🌽

very little salt, sugar, spice, or anything nice 😐 Texture was puffy, almost soggy, rather than crispy. Do pair it with dominant flavours that you like 😉

Not hard as some other corn cakes sometimes are. Mild taste and crunchy.
