Supergreen salad

I enjoyed this crunchy little #salad which tasted fresh and healthful. I especially liked the

shredded green apple which gave it a bit of sweetness, and the mixture of seeds. I wish shops would start offering more #onthego products with fully recyclable packaging.

This salad is delicious - super fresh and nutritious. I absolutely love it. 10g of

Such a lovely refreshing salad 🥗 On the smaller side though so not filling as

a meal by itself but good as a side salad with some carbs or extra protein. Particularly liked the dressing as even though it had really strong ingredients like soy sauce in ginger, it wasn’t too acidic or overpowering and complemented the veggies really well

A welcome sight after a weekend away eating the general offerings in village pubs of

Plant burgers and fried food. I was craving salad and veggies and luckily in a service station on the long journey home, I found this. Cucumber, Edamame beans, apple pieces with a spicy, sharp ginger sauce. It was lovely, tasted fresh and sharp. Expensive doesn't even cover it but it was a service station. A thumbs up though as a quick snack.

Healthy on the go salad with all the greens and a lovely dressing.
