Gonna use these for Christmas baking. I used them earlier and all of them are

awesome. For homemade yogurt you got use preservatives and additives free milk. My personal favorite is unsweetened coconut milk or coconut cream. #veganchristmas #veganisnotscary #veganin2020 #govegan

While this isn’t exactly the carmel flavor of ghee it has a great rich flavor

without harming cows! Yay! I love that the color is spot on and the texture which is creamy and easy to scoop or spread. Plus it doesn’t need refrigeration which makes it super convenient.

I didn’t even know what ghee was when I received this with my @ThriveMarket order.

Now I use it as a replacement for sautéing in butter. I keep it in the pantry so it’s always pretty soft. Something that I haven’t used it for is baking. It says you can use in baking but I don’t bake much.

💛 Wonderful for sautéing, baking and spreading.
💛 So far I have enjoyed using this in

a pan while cooking vegetables. Gives some good savory flavor and is a smooth texture.
