Really good ‘chunks’ of soy, perfect protein for any dish. The texture is just great!
Heavy and chewy and well flavoured. Just need to heat up on a pan. This stuff should be more widely available (although it was found in this little store in Lapland). I honestly don’t know why people want to eat meat.. the taste excuse is really pathetic. This is so much better in every way. Maybe a bit more expensive, but if only people demanded more of it.
