New in Aldi for #veganuary I believe. The cake was really indulgent and thick in
a good way🤤 you just pop it in the microwavé for 30 secs-a minute or so to heat it up, it suggests serving it for two, but I think it could easily be cut into thirds as well. As you can see from my half in the bowl, it’s quite a big size!
In no way shape or form is this healthy with all the references being in red/orange, and the calories!!!🤠to make my calorie intake even better, I had my slice with some vanilla ice cream which paired really nice with it - I do think you need a cream of some sort to go with this cake as it does get quite sticky! I also bought the lemon cake which is similar to this but I’ve not tried it yet!

I absolutely LIVE for this sponge cake, it tastes amazing, nice and soft and not
too sweet cause of the dark chocolate. It would be perfect with ice cream. I got it for £2 at Aldi, next I'll get 10 of it. Also there's 0 plastic packaging which was a surprise tbf.

I really enjoyed this. The chocolate is very dark and it’s a rich cake. I
think you wouldn’t be able to tell it was vegan if you didn’t know.
Calorie wise it’s really reasonable for the massive size portion you get.
Another winner, please Aldi keep it!
