I've lost my immaculate kitchen bout some 3weeks ago and the children are greatly affected by this major life event but that's the only way forward, away from toxicity & immorality. Otherwise, what's the meaning of life by deviating from the 5 precepts, knowing it will come to no good end when conditions finally present itself one day.
This was some time ago, on sale at Vitakids (Compass1 - under $6) and the only discounted option (discontinued sprouted oats - but why?). You get a mixture of jumbo and porridge #oats - supposedly for better mouthfeel + texture along with the creaminess. A lil tough though, boiling water being a luxury item here. Had mine with sundried tomatoes; it doesn't get healthier than that, regardless of location 😉
