This is my favourite ready to eat salad from the supermarket, closely followed by the
lentil ancient grain salad. This is probably a bit sweet to honestly feel like I’m eating healthy, but it does have a lot of goodies in it: almonds, black/wild rice, c raisins, carrot, herbs. The rice appears to be basmati and is listed as saffron cooked basmati on the packaging so I am just pleased it’s not jasmine rice. It’s a pretty wholesome salad.
