Interesting taste - it’s neutral enough not to overpower the sauce, love that it has
more protein than regular pasta. It’s relatively expensive compared to standard spaghetti #veganisnotscary

This is a coarser, chewier pasta type but it is very tasty. Prefer with a
rich tomato sauce but I could imagine it would be great with a veggie pesto sauce too!

While this is probably the healthiest spaghetti I've had, it wasn't very spaghetti like. It
doesn't bend easily and is quite chewy. It does taste very neutral though and so it goes well with sauce.
