A perfect ravioli... I made them with roasted garlic, vegan butter, and vegan parmesan cheese.
Next time I am going to try a vegan creamy sauce. Highly recommend this product.

excited to find this two-pack at Costco — on sale, no less — and it truly exceeded my expectations. I was amazed by the richness that was achieved with just #organic grilled vegetables. The inside felt a tiny bit stodgy, but I loved that I could really taste the zucchini and red pepper. The ravioli boil for just 3 #lazyvegan minutes; I served them in a jarred tomato-basil sauce that I doctored up with cremini mushrooms, chili flakes, and even more tomato (grape and sun-dried.) In my opinion, they need that little bit of acidity to really shine. If you can find them, I highly recommend giving this stellar #pasta a try!
the ravioli look a little yellow, but it isn’t overpowering. They’re only filled with vegetables, no fake cheese, but that’s not a bad thing! Everything is very flavorful and well seasoned.

some #freshpasta! 🍝
It’s pretty good! Nutrition isn’t great but hey it’s pasta, what would you expect?
Quick to cook - 3 minutes in boiling water, and has a really good flavour - I paired mine with a light bit of #pesto as well!

was incredible! It really packed a punch. And with some kale, roasted cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, and beyond sausage, made the perfect dish. #dogsofabillion
