Organic Soy (Vanilla)

I buy this plant-based milk most often and use it in cereal, coffee and baking.

My dad (BIG animal eater) has high cholesterol so his dietitian

told him to eat more soy and less meat, so instead of reducing his meat intake he just decided to just buy soy milk🤦🏽‍♀️ So anyway I tried it and it’s.. idk it’s not for me. This is vanilla flavoured so that might be why idk. It’s not like disgusting, but it is gross😭 A lot of people like it tho so don’t let my review scare u from trying.

It’s certified organic and the carton is made from FSC certified sustainable wood. I should also mention that Danone is a certified B corporation which obviously doesn’t mean ethical as Danone is like one of the worlds largest dairy producers, but it does mean they do more for the environment and people than is required by law.
•While I understand the concept of less plastic in milk cartons or TetraPaks, the thin plastic layers on the paper make them very difficult to recycle. This makes them less likely to actually be recycled which kinda really sucks. Check ur local recycling guide to see what recycling stream it goes in (paper, plastic, or garbage).
🌖Nutrition: ★★★★☆
Its a teeny-tiny bit high in the calories but for the nutrients u get I mean it’s totally forgivable. I’m probably over analyzing I mean the calories aren’t that bad lol
🌕Value: ★★★★★
If u like the taste of it I mean it’s really good deal. Idk the price but I’m sure it’s around the same as other plant milks (pretty cheap).
🌗Originality: ★★★☆☆
Soy milk itself isn’t really original but I guess vanilla flavoured soy milk is 🤷🏽‍♀️
