I love the chia ! It’s so good for your digestive system and leaves you feeling full for long. I like having this bar after a run 🏃‍♂️! Just fuels ⛽️ the body right.
Checkers is selling them for R14 ! Dirt cheap ! And best part is , it’s perfect for vegans 🌱

Such a cute little bar with lovely hazelnut, date and cocoa flavours. Reasonably high in

energy, fibre and protein.

R14.99 at Checkers. It’s a little pricey for such a small bar (30g) but it is made with quality ingredients.

The packaging is unfortunately not recyclable.

Really delicious power bar to enjoy as a snack but I find it extremely small!

I don’t know it that’s a recommended serving size thing but it’s insanely small— finishes just when you really get into it! #chocoholic
