It’s my first time trying this brand of vegan seafood. The box recommends frying it

so that’s what I did. It got nice and crispy. I liked the taste and the texture although it seemed more like the texture of a nugget rather than fish. It is more dense vs light and fluffy. #veganisnotscary

Been quite some time since I've had seafood but this one brings back fond memories

of the taste without the torture or toxins.
Would work well as an entree or perhaps as a sandwich of sort sort.
Taste alone is worth the price!
