Bio Croquetas Boletus

These mushroom Croquetas are great minimum effort food. Gluten free and organic. There are 8 in the box so plenty for 2. They do need a lot of oil to cook through properly but the taste is nicely balanced.
Happy to be able to get these locally in Alcampo.

Compradas en Hipercor por 4€, vienen ocho unidades envasadas al vacío. No se rompieron al freírlas, pero su sabor y textura no nos gustó ni a mi pareja ni a mí. Eso sí, no absorbieron mucho aceite y eso es un punto a resaltar.

Las croquetas no me gustaron. La textura muy duras como un mazacote, saben a setas pero tampoco es intenso. No volveré a comprarlas.
