Unfortunately these were disappointing. It was nice to find a vegan meat filled pasta,
but it’s definitely not worth purchasing, in my opinion. The filling was bland and not very distinguishable from the earthy-tasting pasta.
If you do cover it in a good sauce, then you can enjoy the nice texture of the pasta with the flavor of the sauce, but when I enjoy a filled pasta I really like to keep the sauce light and simple and enjoy the flavor of the pasta. This one’s a skip it for me. I hope they refine this product a bit though because I know it’s not easy for GF folks to find these types of products (and they deserve some FLAVOR).
