🤯Brilliant idea to add gingko nuts. Appreciate this thought given the pain of handling ginkgo,

or... tthe cost of the peeled ones, or maybe both actually. Personal bias, I just like the semi chewy semi creamy texture of gingko.
🎃Great pairing with pumpkin mochi and sesame paste..subtlely sweet for the feel good factor.
