I love cooking with capers, and my favorite dish that features them is seitan piccata!
It feels fancy but isnāt that hard to make, and the ingredients are pretty simple. The capers add nice bursts of brininess and salt to the white wine sauce. I follow the New York Times recipe for seitan piccata and serve it over fluffy mashed potatoes and fresh sautĆ©ed spinach. The only thing missing from this picture is the parsley garnish!
