I love this soya chunks! To hidrate, I boil it twice with a splash of

not very flavourful. Tasted really good in an already flavourful meal and could aldi probably be marinated for extra flavour power
a change from tofu. It was really easy to made (soak for 15mins & then cook). I seasoned some with paprika & nooch and added it to my dinner bowl, really enjoyed. It has a spongy texture which others may not like, but I did~From Asda.🌱

Perfect size and texture! I boiled them in veg stock for like 20 mins and rinsed them before adding them in the curry to remove any bitterness and they came out perfectly!
a hotpot, also good hydrated in gravy or bouillon then air fried for a crunch.
