Oh #tofu.. 💗 Ye whose curds knows no limits, how boundless ye are in shape

and form that even a flattened sheet, a #noodle from we make, can ye exist 🧘‍♀️ Thou art a #beans zonder limit. My recommendation is course something a little more #spicy and with #oystersauce for extra #umami ✌️

I love tofu sheets! Shredded in a stir fry or soup, whole to make a

cute lil dumpling or cubed for a good protein rich filler in any dish. They have a great bite to them, so the size you cut it doesn’t really matter. Love it 🌱 #abillionlove

🇸🇬
Baiye (“hundred-page”) tofu sliced thinly and used in place of rice noodles, stir-fried with some

firm tofu (tofu on tofu!), vegetables and shiitakes, and light and dark soy and mushroom sauces. Much stronger tofu taste than regular tofu, I thought, and I made the dish much tastier with some crispy chillies in oil.

Baiye tofu is a very versatile ingredient. Its name translates to ‘hundred pages’ as it

perfectly describes the soy product. These soy sheets can be sliced thin to form the base of a good salad recipe; you can serve it cold by using the Taiwanese Liangmian recipe (sans the noodles), hot with your favourite Chinese chilli oil recipe drizzled over it, or even part of your veggie stir-fry ingredient.

Each packet contains a whopping 60 grams of protein!
