these. They came today so I made a quick meal using curry spices and had a Nan bread sandwich to try them out. They're terrific for a meat substitute but I'm not sure my spices were absorbed into them during cooking and compared to other vivera products they were more chewy. Otherwise loved them and can't wait to try different meals.
and they did not disappoint. The texture is quite good, especially if you get it a bit crispy. Our favourite uses so far are in noodle dishes and in ‘steak’ fajitas! Would definitely buy it if I saw in stores. Suitable for home freezing too. #vegansteak #veganmeat
Very yummy when air fried, was thinking of frying them in corn starch but doesn't seem to be needed. Very flavourful and umami, would be great added to some stir fry or smth. Slight bbq hints too I think, or that's just my soy sauce lol. Great chewy but firm texture too. Defos the best fake beef I've had.

them in a steak and cheese style sandwich. I didn’t have any sub rolls on hand so used my delicious toasting bread instead. These beef strips have a nice meaty taste without being “gross! Meat!”, ya know? Very tender pieces that are nicely seasoned. I will certainly buy these in the future.
I think up next I’ll do tacos 🌮 using the strips!

try through the #abillion team. These #vivera beef strips are really lovely. I made a teriyaki sauce & served with peppers, onions and edamame. Loved the taste and the texture of the beef strips and looking forward to all the other dishes I can make with them!
