version comes handy.

My go to Snack that I keep on hand as it can be used in
so many different ways , makes great sliders , can add falafel , this time I did a filling of lightly fried vegan crumbed prawns

These are handy to have in the freezer.
I usually pop 2 in the air fryer
and fill with spicy mince and avo for a light lunch.
My only hassle is the little dip that's created in the middle. Filling it takes some patience.
