Review of Salad bar at City’Super by govegwithcora

This is not a restaurant but a salad bar at the supermarket. I passed by the salad takeout counter and was atttacted by all the colourful vegetarian options. $68 for 3 choices $88 for 4. Each choice is 100g. I chose roasted pumpkin, spinach with sesame sauce, marinated eggplant and kale with cranberries and walnuts. What I like is their salads are more “Japanese” than western when it comes to seasoning and taste. It’s a nice change from all the salad bar choices out there. Mind that they do put cheese in some of them. I didn’t realise the pumpkin salad has sliced Parmesan I had to remove it.
