Review of Living Caesar at Life Alive Organic Cafe by aestheticallyadventurous

Vegan version of a classic Caesar salad! While it doesn’t taste quite like a Caesar, the delicious cashew sauce will bring even those who don’t usually like salads back for more. The salad tastes healthy yet strongly sauced with a nutty flavor. The capers add some spice and radish adds some color. You can get it in a wrap as well, which is a great option if you’re in a rush or want it to-go. I liked that you could still taste the flavor of the greens in the background, but the sauce was the main taste. I would recommend getting it with another dish though, because at least for me I wouldn’t be entirely satisfied with just a salad that has no noodles or rice, etc.
