Definitely a healthy and refreshing dish for a hot day! The tofeta was better the last time I had it because it had a creamy texture that really resembled feta and I was so amazed! But today it just tasted like tofu cubes 😅Still a nice salad tho, and the prettiest dish we had today 🍉
