The veggie wrap with hummus is my busy-day-go-to! #PlantBasedSDSU @sdsugreenlove

They should really call it “hummus with veggies in a wrap” because it’s FULL of yummy chickpea spread 😍. I’m obsessed with the fact that it’s #oilfree and packed with veggies.

This package is hard to recycle because it’s partially flimsy plastic and partially cardboard, but I like that it doesn’t have one of those silly “keep fresh” packets that are secretly really bad for our planet.

I’ll always try to head to Trader Joe’s if I can in between classes/meetings for this #healthy and #vegan lunch UNDER $5!!

Good job Trader Joe’s, I love it!
