Review of Wienerschnitzel at Hinterhof Vegan German Kitchen and Beer Garden by evolotus
“Housemade seasoned seitan cutlet, breaded and fried golden brown, fried potatoes with red onion and creamy herb (v) yogurt sauce, red cabbage.” First the portion is huge. Second there’s a lot of food. Third, it’s big. Okay you get it. This was very dry and bland for me. The German people don’t eat a lot of veggies, I learned. But I like the potatoes. The cabbage had a strange flavor. Anise? Not bad but unusual.
