Review of Vegetarian Vietnamese Pho Noodles at Nhà Em Vietnamese Cuisine by 187nat

The broth base is mushroom. At first it tastes strange, as I have never had a soup cooked with shrooms.
The soup was very flavorful, really satisfying hot with lots of veggies, cabbage and tofu.
Highly recommend this soup for a satisfying healthy lunch.
